Parties For Adults & Hen Parties
Hen parties or friend groups, a cupcake decorating party is a great idea for a fun activity out of the norm. Everything you need is provided from use of tools and equipment, boxes and bags to transport your cakes.
Numbers & Prices
We can cater for any number of people, each attendee will just need a place to perch and work! A table, worktop etc. Party length and activities can be adapted to suit, however a typical format would be as follows costing £35 per person, and lasting between 1.5 and 2 hours depending on the number of people in attendance:
– arrivals / drinks
– presentation box per person of 6 ready-made cupcakes
– decoration / flower making / icing modelling
– colouring & flavouring buttercream icings
– piping in different styles
– applying decorations
– finishing touches, sprinkles & sparkles
Parties at your home or venue
Your venue will just need sink facilities and be able to accommodate all of your guests seated at a table. We will bring all equipment, cakes, icings, tools etc for use at the party, plus patisserie bags and boxes for your guests to transport the cakes away in at the end. Travel is charged, please supply a post code on enquiry.

We take a £95 deposit to secure a date for your party and we will require you to give us an approximate number of attendees at the time of booking with the balance due a week before your party.

Ages & Numbers
We run group sessions for as many children as can be seated at a table to work! The content of the cake classes will be adapted to suit average age and ability.
Timings & Format

Terms & Conditions
A £95 deposit is required to secure the date for your party. When you book a party with us we will often turn down other customers who enquire about bookings on the same date therefore deposits are non refundable under any circumstances and cannot be transferred to other courses or dates. We recommend leaving your deposit as soon as possible as dates are not held on enquiries until this deposit is received. You may decrease or increase your attendee numbers after booking however this number must not fall below our minimum number of 8 people in total. Increases in numbers may be possible please just let us know as soon as possible. The balance of your party will be due a week before based on your final numbers. Late arrivals will need to join the class at the point at which they arrive and we regret we are unable to repeat course content due to lateness. There is a 15 minute grace period to wait for late attendees after which the course will commence with the attendees that have arrived. For no shows or late cancellations we will provide you with the absent attendees cakes fully decorated to take away with you as these will have already been prepared. Please note only drinks purchased from us may be consumed on site. Dietary requirements – surcharge of £5 per person, please contact us to discuss allergies and if adding the children's food option at the end of the party.
