Cake making classes for beginners & beyond

After you have booked your first full-price cake class with us, you will then be entitled to any other cake baking classes you want to take at 20% off, providing you book them anytime up to the end of the day when you come for your first class – so be sure to check your diary before you come!

You can view all available dates for cake classes on our website (but note they are subject to change) or your tutor can advise you on the day of your class and book you on before you go.

Don’t want to wait until the day of your class to book? Booking multiple classes in one go also means you are also eligible for the loyalty discount. 

PLEASE NOTE! The website won’t apply this discount automatically so just drop us an email or give us a call and tell us what you want to book next.

What if I miss out?

If you can’t book your next cake making classes by the day of your first one, you will still be eligible for 10% off when you book a future date within 3 months of that class. The discount scheme is designed to keep you coming back regularly! So after this 3 months the loyalty discount will reset and your next class will be full price, after which you can then be eligible again for future classes.

Terms and conditions:

1. The 20% off course loyalty discount is only available on full priced group courses which must be booked before or on the day of your initial course and the offer will not be extended after this date. You may not use the loyalty discount with any other discount.2. If you are booking multiple courses at the same time that are different prices the discount will be applied as an average across all classes.3. The 20% discount offer applies only to individuals that have attended a course already and wish to book another class or classes for themselves in future. The discount does not apply to multiple people attending the same class.4. If you want to attend a class with a friend or family member, you must both pay full price for the first class and then would both be entitled to the discount scheme going forward.5. The 20% loyalty discount is not valid on gift vouchers, private tuition, parties, mummy and me classes, or any course costing less than £95.6. If we have to move a class and you choose to attend on a different date, your loyalty discount will still apply to the new date or any refund given will be for the discounted price that you paid. If you receive a refund for a discounted class then book again future, the class will be full price.

Discounts are not available for digital downloads.

 We are pleased to be able to offer our expertise to those who are unable to visit our shop for cake making classes, and having run them for over ten years we’ve packed the best of our knowledge into these easy-to-follow online tutorials for cake classes instead.

Each video focuses on a particular type of cake or project and contains step-by-step instructions to take you clearly through all the processes to create your own showstopping masterpieces.

You’ll have the flexibility to learn around your schedule without needing to leave the comfort of your own home, watch your downloaded video as many times as you like, and of course to pause when you need to!

We’ve split our tutorials into a mixture of either baking or decorating projects, so you can choose exactly what you need to learn or use your own recipes if you prefer. We will assume you already have access to kitchen basics such as bowls, scissors, rolling pins, weighing scales etc, but concise lists are provided for each video for any special cake-decorating equipment so you can make sure you have what you need before you start.

Info & Terms

Once purchased, your tutorial video will be instantly available to download and watch as many times as you like to your desktop computer, laptop or suitable tablet with the facility to download and store files. The file type you will download is an mp4 file and is usually compatible with existing software already on your computer so you can simply press play.

It is your responsibility to check you have the appropriate hardware and/or software in order download and play your file. We are unable to accept responsibility for lack of suitable software on your computer or tablet at home that prevents you from playing our videos, nor can we offer technical support for issues relating to your software or hardware at home. 

Clear overviews, equipment lists and taster videos are available for each class so you can choose the right one for you. We recommend perusing these thoroughly as there will be no refunds under any circumstances.

These tutorials are for own personal use only and you agree you will not use any of the content for the purposes of teaching your own classes online or in person. If you do you  agree to compensate us for any loss suffered. Redistribution, resale or replication of our videos is strictly prohibited under any circumstances. You agree not to Republish, sell or rent or create derivative, copy or otherwise exploit material from our tutorials for any purpose on any other website. 

Gift vouchers may only be used against classes at our shop and are not redeemable against online courses. Loyalty discounts and special offers are not transferable between online and shop classes.

Please understand we are unable to respond to further individual queries over and above the tuition provided in these videos. If you need on-hand help, you may prefer to consider our in-store classes.

Certificates are issued to cake courses attendees at our shop only, users of online classes will not be given a certificate.
