There are some dates available to book online below for private sessions, but we can also arrange other dates to suit you. We will discuss with you in detail what you want to achieve during your time with us, whether it’s refining your recipes or perfecting your piping, we will come up with a learning programme that works for you.

Following this, we will send you timings schedule and content breakdown which will be agreed in advance of your session with us. Our fully equipped bakery and shop means we have a huge array of technical equipment on hand for you to use at your disposal.

One of the great things about private tuition is that you can often get more done in a day than on a group class (on average around two of our usual day classes, sometimes simplified). However please do bear in mind that everybody works at different speeds and therefore we will work in order of priority of what you want to learn to make sure we maximise on your time with us.
