A £95 deposit is required to secure the date for your party. When you book a party with us we will often turn down other customers who enquire about bookings on the same date therefore deposits are non refundable under any circumstances and cannot be transferred to other courses or dates. We recommend leaving your deposit as soon as possible as dates are not held on enquiries until this deposit is received. You may decrease or increase your attendee numbers after booking but not by not more than 4 people below the original number of attendees given at the time of booking. This number must not fall below 8 people in total. Increases in numbers may be possible but availability varies depending on staff and venue capacity so please call us with number increases as soon as possible. The balance of your party will be due on arrival at the shop on the day of your party. Parties may not arrive more than 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time as we may be holding another event or need to close the shop to set up for your own event. Similarly we may have another party after you so late arrivals will need to join the class at the point at which they arrive and we regret we are unable to repeat course content due to lateness. There is a 15 minute grace period to wait for late attendees after which the course will commence with the attendees that have arrived. We provide tea, coffee, soft drinks and a cake free of charge as part of all our parties which are self service on the course. You may bring your own drinks however we cannot guarantee storage or service.
