Once purchased, your tutorial video will be instantly available to download and watch as many times as you like to your desktop computer, laptop or suitable tablet with the facility to download and store files. The file type you will download is an mp4 file and is usually compatible with existing software already on your computer so you can simply press play.

It is your responsibility to check you have the appropriate hardware and/or software in order download and play your file. We are unable to accept responsibility for lack of suitable software on your computer or tablet at home that prevents you from playing our videos, nor can we offer technical support for issues relating to your software or hardware at home. 

Clear overviews, equipment lists and taster videos are available for each class so you can choose the right one for you. We recommend perusing these thoroughly as there will be no refunds under any circumstances.

These tutorials are for own personal use only and you agree you will not use any of the content for the purposes of teaching your own classes online or in person. If you do you  agree to compensate us for any loss suffered. Redistribution, resale or replication of our videos is strictly prohibited under any circumstances. You agree not to Republish, sell or rent or create derivative, copy or otherwise exploit material from our tutorials for any purpose on any other website. 

Gift vouchers may only be used against classes at our shop and are not redeemable against online courses. Loyalty discounts and special offers are not transferable between online and shop classes.

Please understand we are unable to respond to further individual queries over and above the tuition provided in these videos. If you feel you would need on hand help you may prefer to consider our in-store classes.

Certificates are issued to cake courses attendees at our shop only, users of online classes will not be given a certificate.
