Set up service
When you ask for personal set up & delivery for your event, we will liaise with venue staff regarding your cake set up to arrange a discreet time to go in and set up before your guests arrive.

Stands
Tiered Cakes – Most venues have traditional ‘pedestal’ stands for tiered cakes which we will use if you require. All our cakes are made on an iced presentation board which can simply be placed on a table if you do not want a stand. We also have log slices for more rustic designs. Let us know what you’re after.

Cupcakes – We hire perspex cupcake stands and build these to fit the number of cupcakes you are having (minimum 36 up to and in excess of 100.) The stands can also be fitted with a light in them which spreads all through the perspex making them perfect for evening events too. We also hire an assortment of china and glassware. Please enquire for details.

Other stands – We also have an amazing selection of glassware, sweet dishes, apothecary jars and more which are perfect for dessert tables.

Prices
Cupcake stand hire costs £20. On top of this you will need to leave a deposit of £50 which is payable at the time of ordering. This is returned to you on the safe return of the stand and all it’s parts or packaging, if any, and within the 7 day hire period.

Returning Your Stand
Please make sure you return your stand in a way in which you would like to receive it for your wedding. You can send your stand back via Royal Mail, courier or get a family member to drop it off if you are going away on your Honeymoon. For full return of your deposit, please return your stand within one week of the hire date and obtain proof of posting from the Post Office if you are posting as we are unable to accept responsibility for postal loss or damage! We advise that you use a recorded / insured postal service to the appropriate value of your deposit. On safe return of your stand you can contact us to arrange the return of your deposit.

Got your own stand?
We are happy to set up your cakes on your own stand if you already have one. However please make sure the cake stand is set up and of the appropriate size for when we arrive at the venue to set up. A 7 tiered stand will fit 80-90 cupcakes and 1 cutting cake on the top (this figure is approximate as cupcake sizes can vary, having cupcake wrappers around our cakes fits around a third less.) Our cutting cake boards measure 7 inches diameter, and the top tier should be of a similar size to accommodate this. Cupcake stands provided by you must be already assembled for us to set up on arrival at the venue, if not the cakes will be left boxed with the venue staff for set up later.
