Below are the flavour options for our customers ordering occasion cakes through our bespoke made-to-order service, just choose a cake and an icing flavour per tier for your order.

Sponge Cake Flavours

Dietary requirements? See our options for gluten free, egg free, dairy free and vegan cakes HERECarrot cake and traditional fruit cakes carries a surcharge which will depend on the cake or tier size, just ask at the quoting stage. Please note carrot and fruit cakes are NOT suitable for any carved or shaped novelty cakes or cupcakes.

Icing Flavours

Icing Types

Traditional buttercream (in between the layers of all types of cakes, on top of cupcakes, and also coating semi naked and ‘drip’ style cakes)

Swiss Meringue Buttercream (available on cupcakes only and charged at 25p extra per cupcake)

Rolled Fondant icing (this is a coating on traditional cakes, mini cakes, cake baubles and sculpted or novelty cakes.)

Marzipan is available for an extra layer on fruit cakes at an extra cost, just enquire when ordering.
